Registration Information
Program registrations are accepted by mail and walk-in. We also gladly accept registrations by fax if you wish to use your MasterCard or Visa credit card. Simply click on the link provided below to download and print the registration form for your mail or fax registration.
INSTRUCTORS DO NOT ACCEPT REGISTRATION FEES OR FORMS AT CLASS. Participants are urged to consider registering for several sessions at a time for ongoing programs. Registrations should be turned in at least three (3) days before the first class start date and have a minimum of six (6) for the class to be a "GO." Otherwise, the class could be cancelled.
When two fees are quoted (i.e., $25/$31), the first is the discount rate for residents of the City of Santa Maria and the second for non-residents.
The Registration Form is set up for your convenience with electronic fields for you to type in your information. Upon completion, please print it and mail or deliver to the address shown below. If you prefer, you may print the Registration Form from a computer and fill-in the fields by hand (please print), then mail or deliver to the address shown below.
