Currently Adopted Housing Element
     The City's current Housing Element, which was adopted on December 19, 2006, is provided here: Current Adopted Housing Element (2006).

Draft Housing Element
     On December 1, 2009, the City Council directed staff to submit a Draft Housing Element to the State Department of Housing and Community Development for its review, prior to official City adoption of the Final Housing Element (tentatively scheduled for July, 2010). The Draft Housing Element is provided here: Draft Housing Element (2009).
