DRAFT HOUSING ELEMENT  (DECEMBER 2009)

On December 1, 2009, the City Council directed staff to submit the Draft Housing Element to the State Department of Housing and Community Development for its review, prior to official City adoption of the Housing Element (tentatively scheduled for March, 2010).
